Boosting performance and staying competitive requires on-going education and training for any type of business organization. We offer a variety of free online courses ranging from introductory information to in-depth training on documentation and training related issues.

Authorized corporate customers can login to our Customer Training Center to learn more about training technologies, technical documentation, documentation management and production issues. You can either download eBook-based technical training or view our web-based training programs online. If you already have a Customer Training ID and Password, you have secure access to our training site.

To review and validate technical publications, web-based training and other projects online, Customers must login to the secure Customer Support Center using their Customer Support ID and Password. The training and support passwords are not interchangable.


What are the benefits of having a Customer User ID?
With a Customer User ID, and Password you will have access to our Customer Training Center to access our online training courses and the Customer Support Center to review documentation via the Internet in PDF or HTML format.

How long does it take to get a Customer User ID and Password?
Your request for access will be processed once you become a customer. However, you must be a qualified and approved TechniCOM or TrainingFAST corporate customer to gain access to any complimentary training. Retail customers who have purchased eBooks or other products do not have access to these areas.

Does each person in my organization need their own personal User ID?
Yes. Each customer and individual person within the organization who wants to have access to our Training Center and the Support Center needs his or her own Customer ID and Password. For security purposes, access to these secured areas is monitored and all User ID's are recorded.

Are there any restrictions on the training that we view or download?
Yes. The training is free to use for any number of company employees. However, it cannot be sold or given to any person or organization outside of the customer's organization.

All information is protected by copyright laws governing Canada and the United States. As with any standard retail software, all authorized customers must accept the Licence Agreement for the eBook or Online Training before they will be permitted to use it.

The information and training contained in this area is not restricted and does not require
